Participation cost:

A.Shell Scheme Booth

USD$250.00 / sq. m (Minimum of 9 sq. m)

Basic fittings including wall panels on 3 sides (2 for corner booth), fascia board with company name in English and Chinese, 1 Power Point of 5A/220V, carpeting, 2 spot lights of 100W, 1 information counter, 1 square meeting table, 4 chairs and 1 wastebasket.

B. Raw Space ONLY

USD$220.00 / sq. m (Minimum of 36 sq. m).

Additional stand-fitting of display, electrical installation, electricity and other services are not included but can be served at the exhibitors’ cost.

Full information on the exhibition facility and related services can be obtained from the Exhibitor’s Manual, which will be distributed to each contracted exhibitor in November, 2010.

Participation Procedures:

Fill in the space reservation form, and then return to China B & D Exhibition Co., Ltd.

After receiving the application, the organizer will send a formal contract to confirm the booth number, cost and the deposit of the booth. And then please confirm the contract and return it to the organizer within one week. The exhibitors should pay 30% of the total rental fee as the deposit to the organizer within 5 working days after booth confirmation.

The 70% balance shall be paid off before December 31st, 2010.

Important Note: Reservation without 30% deposit will be treated as invalid. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final invoice for cost of participation.
