Build+Decor 2009 confirmed its leading position as the most important platform for the building decorations and building materials industry in North China again on Mar. 4th - 7th, 2009 at China International Exhibition center (New Venue), Beijing. Its importance was underlined by considerably surpassing the last edition in 2008, in size and in numbers of exhibitors and visitors.

Build+Decor 2011 attracted 1,578 exhibitors from 30 countries and 118,610 trade visitors all over the world, with over 21% more exhibitors and 35% more visitors compared with the previous year. There was also a big increase in the exhibition area, expanding to 94,500sqm, with an increase of about 38%.

Build + Decor 2011 attracted 118,610 visitors from over 70 countries worldwide, 35% of increases rate, those whose fields are building decoration companies,? project contractors, wholesalers, dealers, designers, architects, distributors, representative, real estate developers, government purchasers, media, associations, etc., with the aim to see the advanced products, innovative approaches and technologies for building decorations and building materials.

In addition, international awareness regarding the advantages of sourcing quality building decorations & building materials in Asia is rapidly expanding. This year, the fair welcomed 7,265 international visitors from 74 nations, a 15% increase compared with the previous year (2008).

Taken together with the fact that 78% of trade visitors describing their input into their companies capital investment decisions as “advisory” to “decisive”, 70% of all trade visitors described themselves as belong to senior management, it is easy to see why over 74% of all visitors placed / will place order during / after the fair and 85% of all visitors said they would be back next year.

Given the track record of Build + Decor 2009, it is not surprising to see that more and more exhibitors want to join the leading international trade fair. More importantly, this trend is not just limited to exhibitors from china, positive growth was spread out across all building materials sectors on display and extended to numerous international exhibitors who increasing regard Build + Decor as their key channel to explore china’s market. All things considered, it is not astonishing that over 80% of all exhibitors states their participation objectives had been met with, and over 78% further adding that they would be back again next year.

Build + Decor 2010 will take place from March 15th to 18th, 2010 at China International Exhibition Center (New Venue), Beijing.
